First, thanks for choosing our company’s products! We hope you enjoy our interesting design during the building process! But before you start this amazing journey with our cute characters, here are some refund&return policies that you should know about it:
1. If you didn’t record the process of opening the package, we will not accept any reason of refund. Since this has already caused damage to the product that makes us difficult to re-sell it again. So make sure you record the process of opening your package so that you can defend your rights with evidence that we both accept.
2. Once you do find some parts that are missing/broken and also comes with the video /receipt evidence, contact us though the email — bruce@mundogames.cn , and we will arrange staff to look into it within 48 hours.
3. After confirm the parts that you need, the backup parts might took 7 to more than 30 days to arrive your address that you provide for us. If after 30 days you still not receive the parts, contact us for further arrangements.
4.If the package are seriously damaged during the shipping process when you receive it, please do not open it and record a video about the status of the package so that we can look for the express company for compensation.
